What is QR Service?
QR Service is a web platform where restaurants and cafés design customer-facing forms — call waiter, order items, request the bill — and place a QR code on each table. Customers scan and submit; staff see requests live on screen.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Customers scan the table QR code with their phone camera and use a mobile web page. There is no app to download and no account to create.
How fast can I go live?
Most businesses are live in minutes: build a form with the drag-and-drop editor, generate and print the per-table QR codes, and start receiving requests on the real-time dashboard.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers one service form, five QR tables and 150 requests per month — enough to run a real section and see whether it works for you. You can upgrade to Starter, Pro or Business at any time as you grow.
Can I assign waiters to specific areas?
Yes. Define areas such as indoor, terrace, or beach and assign staff so each waiter only sees requests from their own section.
Can I limit orders to customers who are actually inside my venue?
Yes. In Settings → Service area, drop a marker on a Google map and pick a radius. The customer phone’s location is checked before the form is submitted, and outside-area attempts are blocked with a message you write.
How do I sign up with Google?
Click “Continue with Google” on the sign-up or sign-in page. The first time you sign in, you only need to pick a business name — no password to remember. Existing accounts are linked automatically by verified email.
How many forms can I have at once?
Free and Starter keep one form active at a time (Starter lets you store three); Pro supports ten forms with up to five active simultaneously, and Business raises that to fifty stored and twenty active — so you can run ordering, staff calls and bill requests side by side.
What stops someone from spamming requests from the QR page?
Three rate-limit layers (per-customer, per-table token, per-IP) reject excessive submissions immediately. Every block is logged for the platform admin, who can ban a specific customer with one click; the ban is enforced on the QR page in real time.
